SessionCam is a Web Analytics provider, allowing its many global clients to turbocharge their website optimisation. Founded in 2009 with the aim of being the world’s best session replay solution, the company has grown from strength to strength being the first vendor to introduce machine learning algorithms to measure the customer journey to introducing opportunities engines to automatically identifies anomalies in website traffic. SessionCam works with mid-market to enterprise sized brands; mainly in E-commerce, Retail and Financial Services across the UK, Europe and North America. SessionCam employs just under 100 people, mostly based in their Norwich headquarters.

The Challenge

The biggest challenge SessionCam was facing when looking to implement an employee benefits solution was that they employ a diverse spread of employees working in a very competitive marketplace. SessionCam wanted a holistic benefits package that would meet the differing needs of a range of people that would help make them great savings. They also wanted a package that would ensure the team felt good about working at SessionCam and that they are indeed valued and looked after.

The Solution

Staff Treats delivered and launched a branded discounts and engagement platform, housed within the next generation integrated portal which can be accessed at work or on the go, for all current SessionCam employees. The portal offers over 3,000 discounts including online and instore discounts, cashback offers, shopping cards and instant e-vouchers across all major retailers.

SessionCam wanted the Staff Treats’ benefits platform to be a catalyst for the team feeling great about working where they work, and wanted it to complement and enhance the other benefits offered to employees.

The Outcome

Since launch, the uptake has been great with over 75% of employees registering on the platform. Shopping cards and instant e-vouchers seem to be very popular with employees due to their quick and tangible benefits. The next step is to ensure that Staff Treats remains top of mind for all employees, so they access and use the exclusive discounts on a more regular basis.
